YOU CAN DO HARD THINGS.
MEET THE TEAM
Doug's favorite movement is strict muscle ups. His favorite workout is anything with his wife. She's his swole mate and best friend. His favorite part about coaching is empowering others and seeing them achieve and accomplish goals is the measure of a coach. Showing others their own true capability is the gift. Seeing that realization is the reward. A fun fact about Doug is that he has exceptionally small hands.
OWNER & HEAD COACH
She has been coaching in some capacity for 20 years. Her favorite workout is anything that involves gymnastics. She loves to coach new clients eager to learn and see what they are capable of. She loves seeing them experience a new found inner strength for the first time. A fun fact about Christine is that her favorite food is ice cream and mashed potatoes.
Sam's favorite exercise is box jumps. His favorite part about coaching is seeing the "ah ha" moments and people making progress that surprised them. He says that exercise helps people get "breakthrough" moments emotionally and physically and see that happen is a privilege. A fun fact about him is that the first functional fitness “gym” he was a member of was led at a school track at 5am and the leader brought all the weights in his car. He also thinks that Batman could beat up Superman.
Isaac's favorite movement to do at the gym is deadlift. His favorite part about coaching is helping others. If he could have any superpower it would be to snatch 315 pounds.
Stephanie's favorite exercise to do is really almost anything! She loves lifting heavy, pushing herself in endurance, and any sort of long haul, grunt style workout. She absolutely loves everything about being a coach. She loves the connections you make with clients, those moments when they achieve something they never thought possible, hitting a PR. But mostly watching people grow in their confidence through fitness, and seeing it reflect other areas in their lives. Fun fact about Stephanie... she used to be a huge distance runner, and sometimes (not often) still thinks about doing another 30+ mile race, maybe, maybe not? Let's take a vote! She also has 6 kids, 7 chickens, and 3 dogs, all under one tiny 700sq ft roof! (Not for long)
