Everyone comes to the gym looking for something. It’s not always fitness. Our job is to connect with people and help them uncover and discover their inner strengths and skills. That unlocks the path to physical growth. The last 10+ years have widened my gaze and allowed me to recognize we are all looking for connection in one form or another. This space of ours is where people can explore their power safely.
I’ve had a few turning points in my life and I expect I’ll experience more in my time here. In 2017 I was in the darkest place of my life emotionally and spiritually. I finally came to the realization that the only way I was going to turn my life around was to take an honest and open look at the things that were blocking me from a happy and purposeful life. Taking accountability for those things and facing them head-on changed my life and has since rocketed me into a life that I never dreamed possible.
I love being of service to others and helping people reach and exceed their goals or expectations. We all have so much capability inside us. All we need to do is dare to unlock it. I love being part of that process with people. You at all costs. You’re worth it.
