In high school, I competed in football, wrestling, Track, and Field. I’ve competed in Jiu-Jitsu, swimming, 5ks, bodybuilding, and CrossFit. I want to be a lifelong athlete and help others be lifelong athletes.
A turning point in my life was getting injured and learning how to recover from injury and continue my journey as a lifelong athlete.
I want to help others become lifelong athletes and/or maintain fitness over a lifetime. I’m impassioned to serve people that want to keep training athletic skills for a lifetime. My motivation is to become the best athlete and coach I can be.
